Position Summary Credence has an immediate need for an exceptionally skilled and highly technical Program Manager to lead a large, dynamic team supporting Department of War (DoW) mission-critical workloads operating within a multi-tenant AWS IL-5 environments. This role involves oversight of secure, continuous operations in a 24x7x365 managed services setting, ensuring resilience, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive transformation and innovation in SRE 2.0, AI Software Factory, Agentic AI, AIOps, and FinOps, advancing the state of managed cloud operations for defense clients. You will be accountable for multi-million-dollar program, supporting some of the DoW's most critical and secure workloads. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
