Hotel Overview: The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge, ideally located in Mountain Village, offers much more than a Telluride resort experience - it provides luxury living in the heart of one of the world's most sought-after destinations. Telluride has long been hailed a top ski destination, but with festivals all summer long and a myriad of outdoor activities, this unique city is a year-round vacationer's delight. Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge is just steps from the gondola, ski mountain, golf course, and many other outdoor activities.

This is a temporary position for approximately 3 months, coverage for an employee Leave of Absence.

You are a skilled multitasker who works independently and confidently while managing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative responsibilities. You communicate effectively with Owners, guests, and colleagues, anticipate and resolve issues, and support your team with various projects. You remain levelheaded and focused, even during the busiest moments in the office.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate Owner and Resident reservations and benefits in accordance with project documents.
• Serve as a primary source of information for the team, Owners, and guests while acting as a liaison with all lodge departments.
• Manage prearrival itinerary processing.
• Build and maintain strong Owner relationships to foster brand and property loyalty.
• Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to deliver personalized, anticipatory service.

• Previous guest service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests.
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
• Competency using a variety of computer software. Microsoft Office required, Property Management Systems an asset.
• Ability to be successful with and without direct supervision.

Hourly: $22.62/hr
