Our client is looking for a Visual Designer to join their team!

This is a 40 hours/week, 10-month assignment that is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the visual execution of integrated creative across marketing campaigns, environmental graphics, motion, and internal studio initiatives, delivering work that is conceptually strong and visually exceptional.

- Serve as a trusted creative partner to senior creative leaders, translating strategic direction into compelling design systems that elevate brand expression across every touchpoint.

- Champion brand and IP integrity by adapting visual styles with precision and creativity, ensuring authenticity while pushing aesthetic boundaries.

- Own projects end to end (from concept through final delivery), balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on design to drive momentum in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide clear, inspiring design direction to external agencies and partners, ensuring output aligns with creative vision, quality standards, and business objectives.

- Design and deliver polished, persuasive presentations that clearly communicate ideas and inspire confidence among stakeholders and leadership.

- Collaborate seamlessly across disciplines, fostering a culture of creativity, trust, and shared ownership to produce best-in-class consumer experiences.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in brand and visual design within entertainment, media, or global consumer brands, with a proven track record of high-impact creative work.

- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual storytelling across layout, typography, color, and motion, solving complex design challenges with clarity and originality.

- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools, paired with a refined eye for detail and craft.

- Strong spatial and environmental design fluency, with an understanding of how 2D design translates into physical spaces, scale, materials, and experiential contexts.

- Demonstrated ability to translate diverse brand aesthetics and IP into cohesive visual systems that feel both authentic and forward-thinking.

- Experience confidently guiding agencies and partners, setting creative direction, and upholding brand standards at a senior level.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $100 - $150 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
