JLL is seeking a dedicated CMMS Operations Analyst to provide ongoing support client CMMS system. In this role, you will ensure the integrity and operational success of the CMMS system, manage area data, support system implementations, provide technical analysis, and deliver training programs. This position requires strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to support organizational goals across global Area offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Operation support:

    • Ensure integrity and full functionality of the CMMS system and other assigned platforms.

    • Load and manage Area data as required for CMMS implementation waves.

    • Coordinate with Area offices regarding data workbooks and technical preparedness for CMMS rollouts.

    • Monitor, respond to, and resolve requests from the CMMS ticket queue in a timely manner.

    • Perform root cause analysis and resolve system or data-related issues, maintaining data integrity across CMMS and related platforms.

2. Training and Support Services

    • Assist with training Area offices on new product releases and ongoing system usage.

    • Train Area CMMS Administrators on system functionality and best practices.

    • Facilitate technical user testing and gather constructive feedback for system improvements.

    • Participate in testing and the coordinated rollout of new features in collaboration with product management teams.

3. Technical and Analytical Services

    • Develop and manage solutions that support operational and business needs using low-code/no-code platforms.

    • Provide operational and quantitative analysis to support internal teams and stakeholders.

    • Conduct data analysis, cleansing, and manipulation to ensure data quality and actionable reporting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent education and proven capability.

  • Strong skills in data analysis, cleansing, and manipulation.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across cultures and global geographies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Apps.

Estimated compensation for this position:

54,400.00 - 78,900.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
