The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Langone Healthis seeking Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM)specialists to join our thriving MFM Faculty Group Practice with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our physicians care for both low and high-risk pregnancies. We are ahigh-volumeacademic center in a tertiary care referral network serving a diverse patient population. Our physicians collectively deliver more than 17,000 babies annually across the entire health system, encompassing our Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island campuses. Tisch Hospital is designated by New York State as a Regional Perinatal Center and offers the full breadth of maternal and pediatric subspecialties, including neonatal ECMO.

The Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine has grown tremendously in the past decade. MFM faculty collaborate closely with leadership in pediatric, adult subspecialties, nursing, and quality and safety. The division has a long-standing MFM fellowship program with two fellows per year who rotate at our NYU Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses and Bellevue Hospital Center. The busy outpatient practice and inpatient services provide a wealth of opportunities to continue to grow clinical research within the division. The division has already had great success in building research infrastructure and collaborations across NYU and beyond, and there is an opportunity to build on this to increase research productivity and reputation.

Candidates should be Board-certified or Board-eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine with credentials commensurate with faculty appointment at the assistant professor or associate professor level. Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to academic medicine and patient care as well as fellow, resident, and medical student education. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is seeking a position that combines both academic and clinical care. Requirements include successful completion of a U.S.-accredited OB/GYN residency and MFM fellowship training program and a NY State Medical license. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in all aspects of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine practice at NYU's Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses and affiliated practices, including ultrasound services, invasive diagnostic procedures, and MFM inpatient and outpatient consultations.
