Occupational Therapist 1 or 2, Per Diem - Acute Care - Santa Monica

Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients on the occupational therapy caseload in the hospital setting. Major duties include:patient evaluation, patient treatment, meeting documentation requirements, and maintaining expected productivity levels.

Salary: $66.96-$83.66 hourly

• CA OT license
• BLS from AHA or ARC
• Acute care experience preferred
• Ability to work as a member of the team, including sharing knowledge, giving and receiving feedback, taking initiative to assist others, problem solving and providing an atmosphere conducive to learning.
• More than 2 years of experience qualifies for OT 2 title.
