About the Team

The AI Transformation team is a growing, multidisciplinary group of technologists, consultants, and leaders focused on delivering high-impact AI-enabled solutions.

About the Role

As a Manager within AI Transformation, you will lead complex client engagements end to end-owning delivery excellence, financial performance, and team development. You'll serve as a trusted client partner, a people leader, and a driver of continuous improvement within the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycles from initiation through closeout, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes

  • Own project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, profitability management, and escalation of risks as needed

  • Partner with sales teams on project scoping, sizing, and proposal development to support new opportunities

  • Manage and develop a team of 4-5 direct reports through formal performance management, coaching, and career development

  • Serve as the primary client contact, independently managing stakeholder expectations, communications, and escalations

  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution

  • Drive practice improvement initiatives such as methodology enhancements, tool adoption, and process optimization

  • Ensure compliance with firm standards, quality controls, and client requirements across all engagements

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience demonstrating progressive project leadership and team mentoring

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end projects with full accountability for budget, timeline, scope, and deliverable quality

  • Strong background in client relationship management, including navigating complex stakeholder environments

  • Experience managing project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization

  • Demonstrated people management experience, including performance reviews, coaching, and development planning

  • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting business development efforts, including proposal development and opportunity identification

  • Background leading or contributing to practice or methodology improvement initiatives

  • PMP certification (active and maintained through PDUs)

  • Experience working in AI, analytics, technology transformation, or related consulting environments

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $96,500.00 - $229,500.00 per year.
