Job description

The role is for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), to drive reliability, automation, observability, and performance for mission critical applications and platforms. This role blends software engineering with operational expertise to deliver stable, scalable, and resilient services, while reducing toil and shifting operations left.

Responsivities are:
- work with stakeholders to define SLOs, SLIs, and error budget.
- build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools
- identify and implement automation opportunities and reduce toil
- lead and complete production readiness activities (NFRs, Permit to Operate)
- provide application support

Required Skills.

2+ years leading, operating and performing SRE team
2+ years using Autosys and Oracle
2+ years supporting applications on Kubernetes / OpenShift and GCP
Strong understanding of observability tools AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Aternity
Excellent communication and writing skills
