  Role Purpose
  The Senior Director, Program Manager role requires working collaboratively with senior leaders across the enterprise to design,
  execute, and lead teams through large and complex transformational change efforts. This role requires technical expertise in
  program, project and change management techniques and tools to drive business outcomes. A clear focus on driving financial
  results and ensuring that deliverables are tangible, achievable and constructed to support the defined strategy. The role also
  requires a developing knowledge of the underlying business the programs support.

Key responsibilities include:
* Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems
* Own the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish
* Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team
members
* Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and
schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
* Act as a subject matter expert in one or more relevant areas [eg Operating Model Design, Process Design &
Optimization, Shared Services & Location Strategy, Go to Market Strategy, Cost Reduction]
* Develop project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions.
* Coach and guide project team members where necessary
* Work with the relevant business area in helping to identifying other areas of transformation opportunity within the
same project or business area
* Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents
within project management systems
