As an ABM & Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the architect of highly targeted, multi-channel programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role blends creativity, technology, and strategy-making you a key player in shaping how we engage enterprise accounts. What You'll Do:
- Lead ABM Strategy: Identify and segment high-value accounts using firmographic, behavioral, and intent data. Develop tailored account plans that address unique challenges and buying dynamics.
- Deliver Personalized Experiences: Orchestrate multi-touch campaigns across email, events, digital advertising, and content syndication to guide accounts through the buying journey.
- Own Marketing Automation: Build and execute campaigns in HubSpot, applying best practices in segmentation, workflows, and lead scoring. Manage the email calendar and ensure strategic alignment across initiatives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to align on account prioritization, outreach timing, and campaign coordination.
- Measure & Optimize: Track engagement, pipeline influence, and ABM-specific metrics. Provide actionable insights and continuously refine tactics using data-driven strategies.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with ABM best practices, marketing automation trends, and AI-driven personalization tools.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of dedicated ABM experience-not just exposure, but proven success running ABM programs for enterprise accounts with complex buying committees.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and ABM tools (ZoomInfo).
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and email best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in professional services, learning & development, or workforce transformation.
- Familiarity with ABM measurement frameworks and attribution modeling.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategic account management.
