The Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Online Marketing, will be a member of a cross-functional team of marketing professionals within the University Marketing & Communications division. This role supports the execution of marketing projects for the Arizona Online Marketing team that advance enrollment and brand objectives.
As part of the Arizona Online Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator collaborates closely with creative, content, digital, and project management colleagues to ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and aligned with institutional priorities. This position will serve as a peer to another Marketing Coordinator within the division, working together to support multiple initiatives and provide consistent, high-quality marketing support across all Arizona Online units, including Arizona Online, Distance and Continuing Education, and Professional Studies. | Duties & Responsibilities |
Marketing Projects
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and support various degree program marketing projects from their initiation to successful completion.
- Coordinate scheduling and COORDINATION OF resources to support degree program marketing using the division's project management software (Monday.com), ensuring optimal utilization across various marketing projects and tasks.
- Serve as support in the development of new program landing pages, paid and organic media assets for all new programs, and new program market research.
Reporting & Presentations
- Create presentations.
- Provide reports on marketing performance for college partners and Arizona Online leadership.
- Collate and format data, analytics, and other marketing insights provided by the team members into formats appropriate for internal and external partners.
Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams (interdepartmental), supporting effective communication and teamwork to drive successful enrollment outcomes.
- Support the Arizona Online Marketing team during marketing performance meetings with college partners and in Arizona Online team meetings related to Continuing & Professional Education, Near You Network and other special projects.
Administrative
- Assist in the handling of billing and invoicing related to the Arizona Online, Distance, Continuing Education & Professional Studies marketing expenditures under direction.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Demonstrated project coordination capacity in the marketing, advertising, technology or similar industry.
- Excellent project coordination, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks under the pressure of deadlines.
- Strong motivation and drive to learn new systems and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a fast paced atmosphere where roles continually adapt and evolve.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
