E&C's mission is to enable our firm's client impact while protecting our firm, including by managing and mitigating risks to our firm, our clients, and our people. The E&C function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of our firm. Our E&C program includes five building blocks-leadership, risk management, governance, awareness and training, and monitoring and response-structured to identify and address risks proactively, work in practice, and continuously improve. The program is designed and operationalized to be effective, consistent, risk-based, sustainable, and embedded into our firm's operations and workforce.
This opportunity works in our Client Service and Regulatory Compliance pillar, which is responsible for instilling trust that our firm serves clients and communities with integrity and adheres to regulatory requirements. Your role reports to ourSenior Director of Client Service and Regulatory Compliance.
In this role, you will help drive our Client Service and Regulatory Compliance programs to foster a culture of compliance and support our firm in adhering to applicable firm policies and regulatory requirements. You will assist with shaping, leading, and continuously improving a robust and comprehensive approach to Client Service and Regulatory Compliance matters, working and collaborating closely with E&C team members, subject-matter experts, leaders in Risk, Legal, and other functions, and colleagues across our firm. You will support the Senior Director of Client Service and Regulatory Compliance with the overall leadership and management of the pillar.
You will lead and oversee our third-party management compliance program to ensure our firm adheres to all applicable regulatory requirements and firm expectations. You will design sustainable and effective solutions and processes that will be applied across various third-party types and regions. You will be responsible for building, shaping, and driving a robust and comprehensive compliance program for all third parties (e.g., suppliers, advisors, external workers, and client-facing collaborators), partnering closely with senior leaders, Optimize/Procurement, Legal, Risk, and other functions.
You will lead and oversee our regulatory and control inventorying, mapping, and change-management processes including; identifying and evaluating relevant legal and regulatory requirements, changes, and developments (in collaboration with our Legal function); mapping programmatic controls, activities, and metrics (e.g., KPIs, KRIs, and monitoring results) to our risks and regulatory obligations; and driving and implementing program enhancements and mitigation measures to address any identified opportunities or gaps.
You will support the enhancement and utilization of tools, systems, and metrics on compliance matters (e.g., analytics, dashboards, and reporting) to provide a holistic, insightful view of program performance and effectiveness and to promote and facilitate risk spotting and continuous improvement.
As a member of the E&C leadership team, you will be expected to be a key contributor and thought leader within the function, including by driving key programmatic and strategic initiatives, as relevant.
You will engage in regionally focused initiatives, such as infusing our integrity agenda, in coordination with our regional E&C leaders, to raise awareness of and further our firm's E&C program across the globe.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group (e.g., Client Service Professionals, Legal, Risk, Optimize/Procurement, etc.,) across our firm in a timely and efficient manner. You will articulate our compliance obligations to internal and external stakeholders, serving as an expert advisor to the broader E&C community and other stakeholders.
Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining, evolving, and continuously improving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and compliance.

Your qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred
  • 7+ years of deep experience in regulatory compliance matters and broad compliance experiences in large, global organizations
  • 5+ years of experience in building and driving broad, global third-party regulatory compliance programs
  • Exhibit impeccable integrity and trustworthiness and sound judgment
  • Leverage highly credible expertise and experience to provide a clear perspective on multifaceted issues and influence others
  • Operationalize complex priorities across stakeholders to drive impact, develop and communicate a compelling vision, and inspire action
  • Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to resolve ambiguous problems
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and project-management skills with the ability to drive global projects to outcomes in cross-functional areas and complex topics
