Under the direction of management and/or vice president and physicians, as applicable, the medical office coordinator coordinates, evaluates and gives direction in the overall day-to-day operations of the work area as assigned. This person will work closely with the manager/administrator with established policies and procedures to achieve goals and objectives.
In communicating with patients, families, visitors and employees, a caring, friendly, personal and professional approach is expected. Performs related duties as assigned. Job Description Summary

This role ensures smooth workflow, exceptional patient service, and adherence to established policies and procedures. The Office Supervisor will support clinical and administrative functions-including patient care coordination, front desk operations, scheduling, billing, referrals, authorizations, and general office management. This position requires a caring, professional, and serviceoriented approach when interacting with patients, families, visitors, and coworkers.
