Employment Type: Flex Year Round (9-11 months)

Pay/Status: $32 - $35 + Benefits / Non-Exempt - Hourly / Hybrid

JOB SUMMARY

This position provides support to the Food and Beverage Team, requiring exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The F&B - Ops Admin will be responsible for behind-the-scenes Food and Beverage operational support, such as collaborating on and maintenance of organizational systems, SOPS, and ongoing Crystal Mountain Hospitality program development. This person must be resourceful, discreet, and able to thrive in a busy environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assists F&B Leadership in forecasting and supporting budget development
  • Assist with par levels and ordering product
  • Coordinates product deliveries or support services to venues, via cross-departmental communication
  • Manages invoice input and transfers, assists with inventory counting, and completes inventory entry into FoodTrak, log maintenance and tracking, and general support
  • Coordinates staff meeting notes and cross-departmental communication for planning and execution
  • Model hospitality professionalism and nurture a positive working environment
  • Supports with tech-related services including, but not limited to, POS, inventory, operational systems
  • Gather guest & employee feedback and recommend improvements to management
  • Assist in administering training programs
  • Assists with costing and financial management of operational components, such as food costing/inventory
  • Maintains and updates operational files, documents - electronic and printed, and systems as needed
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years' experience in a lead role in the hospitality industry in a FOH or BOH capacity
  • 2 years' experience with administrative systems and hybrid work communications
  • POS experience, MS Office experience, inventory and finance program experience required
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, in-person and electronic
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a calm, pro-active approach, applying discretion as needed
  • Must have Washington MAST Card
  • Must have Washington Food Handler Card
  • Ski/Snowboard skills preferred, training is available


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
  • This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation, as needed.
  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 30 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Auditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices and basic office equipment on a constant basis.
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
