Aquent is partnering with a global design agency to support operations at their Everett, WA, location.

This vital role puts you at the center of daily operations, balancing essential studio functions, seamless travel logistics, and warm hospitality. You'll be the go-to person who ensures everything runs smoothly, from curating exceptional client visits to keeping shared spaces pristine, and coordinating complex international itineraries with precision and a positive attitude. Your proactive support will empower creative professionals and directly contribute to the company's success by fostering an environment where innovation flourishes.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Front-of-House Excellence:** Welcome and assist all guests, manage proper sign-in procedures, and uphold a professional and inviting front-of-house experience.

* **Studio Stewardship:** Maintain shared spaces, ensuring they are consistently tidy, organized, and prepared for daily use and meetings.

* **Operational Coordination:** Process and track internal requests in alignment with policies and timelines.

* **Space Management:** Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings to optimize space utilization.

* **Environment Enhancement:** Care for office plants, contributing to a clean and inviting atmosphere.

* **Supply Chain Management:** Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure consistent availability of essential supplies.

* **Event Support:** Coordinate catering orders, manage onsite setup for events, and handle post-event cleanup.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in administrative support, hospitality, travel coordination, or facilities management.

* Proven experience managing high-volume travel logistics.

* Demonstrated experience coordinating events or internal initiatives that enhance culture and connection.

* Proficiency in standard office software suites and experience working across different computing platforms.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a creative environment.

* Familiarity with collaboration tools and travel booking platforms.
