Job Summary

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage PTC sales process
Partner with Tax department to determine accounting treatment of various tax options
QTR LTIP ROGI/TSR summary for DAR and Benchmark Companies
Manage the financial analytics team and activities (e.g., INC, I-ROIC, FP&A, Additional Projects)
Lead the migration to commodity accounting software to track and monitor risk positions
Lead the commodity risk monitoring & reporting process
Manage the bonus accrual process
Participate and/or lead other finance-based initiatives and analysis as they evolve (e.g., corporate SG&A, separating rendering & UCO P&Ls, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
15 years progressive accounting and finance experience
Strong systems experience
Strong financial and analytical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA
Big 4 experience
Manufacturing accounting experience
Commodity accounting experience
Experience with governmental tax subsidies
