DevSecOps Engineer

Key Tasks:

Coordinate within OPRI TAP Lab, conduct trade studies, and provide recommendations for software development toolset investments, cancellations, transitions and upgrades (e.g. DevSecOps application platforms) to support OPIR TAP Lab RDT&E requirements. Purchases will be made from available other direct costs on this contract, as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), or via other contract at the Government's direction. Historically, recommendations for a toolset type are required approximately every 2 years and the current toolsets are purchased (new or renewal) annually.

Shall maintain awareness of technology trends, network, data storage, and other technology advancement advancements as well as updates in industry standards to provide recommendations to the Government for tech refresh and recapitalization, in alignment with the Government's strategic objectives.

Desired Skills:

* CI/CD pipeline development and optimization (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

* Infrastructure as Code and automated environment provisioning

* Containerization and orchestration in iterative delivery models (e.g.,Docker, Kubernetes)

* Implement automated security checks, vulnerability management, and data protection systems within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor of Science with 10+ years of relevant experience

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 107,000 to 181,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
