  • Identify risks and issues, develop detailed work plans, and support team meetings and status updates.

Technical Writing & Documentation

  • Translate complex event processes, technologies, and requirements into clear, concise documentation.

  • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, templates, workflows, and best practices.

Event Technology & Tools

  • Support and troubleshoot event technologies and platforms, including registration tools, virtual event platforms, mobile apps, badge printing, and AV coordination tools.

  • Maintain documentation and best practices related to event platforms.

  • Serve as backup webinar production support using ON24, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Collect, analyze, and report on event data across multiple firm platforms.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and post-event summaries for stakeholders and department leadership.

Who we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated strength in technical writing.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.

  • High level of judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a large law firm or similarly complex professional services environment strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications.

  • Experience with CVENT, OnArrival, ON24, and Webex preferred.
