Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, is seeking an Event Operations Specialist to join our Firmwide Events Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects while playing a critical part in supporting the operational excellence of firmwide events through coordination, documentation, reporting, and technology support. You'll support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of firmwide events - from client programs and conferences to virtual and hybrid experiences - while partnering closely with colleagues across Events, Marketing, Business Development, Office and Firm Administration teams, and IT to ensure events are executed consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with firm standards.
