Digital Content & UX (Hybrid, onsite 3 days per week, Forks Township) GENERAL SUMMARY: The Digital Content and UX Intern will support the management and enhancement of Crayola.com by uploading, editing, and publishing new content within the CMS while maintaining accuracy and consistency across all web pages. They will conduct quality assurance for website and email content, implement basic SEO best practices, and use analytical tools such as Google Analytics and GA4 to identify insights related to traffic, engagement, and conversions. The intern will assist with localized content reviews, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other key website updates, collaborating closely with design and marketing teams to ensure strong brand alignment and user experience standards. Additionally, they will support email marketing efforts through content checks and link validation, and contribute to basic HTML edits and image optimization to keep the site performing smoothly. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Entering junior or senior year of college. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, or similar).
