Our client is looking for a Manager, Food & Beverage Licensing to support their Consumer Products team.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - onsite 3x/week)

Duration: Mid-March 2026 - End of September 2026

About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Food & Beverage Licensing Manager to support a high-profile Consumer Products team during a planned leave. This contract role focuses exclusively on Food & Beverage licensing, partnering with established brands to bring inspired, IP-driven products to market across categories like snacks, beverages, confectionery, cereal, and alcohol.

This is a highly relationship-driven, hands-on role - ideal for someone who already understands the F&B licensing ecosystem and can step in quickly with minimal ramp-up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Food & Beverage licensing partners

  • Shepherd partners through internal approval processes (product, creative, marketing)

  • Track forecasts, sell-through, and performance data, following up as needed

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand partnerships, ads, marketing, creative, and operations

  • Support partner evaluations and deal discussions alongside senior leadership

  • Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring partners are informed, engaged, and moving forward efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Food & Beverage licensing (studio or brand side)

  • Strong familiarity with the F&B landscape, players, and licensing models

  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

  • Comfortable working with forecasts, sales data, and performance metrics

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Based in Los Angeles or able to work onsite 3 days per week

Entertainment experience is a plus but not required. Brand-side Food & Beverage licensing backgrounds are strongly encouraged.
