What You'll Do

As the Credit & Risk Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure corporate AR compliance targets are met. You will be responsible for attending monthly compliance reviews with Management and provide updates on Portfolio of accounts. Other duties will include:

  • Ensure customers adhere to company credit policy.
  • Ability to make credit risk assessments on small to large sized accounts.
  • Assists Management in providing credit-based risk analyses on small to large size companies, ensuring that the company operates within the outlined credit policy.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure corporate AR compliance targets are met.
  • Ensure highest level of professionalism when dealing with all internal & external customers.
  • Participate in monthly (minimum) AR compliance review meetings with Regional Sales Managers with focus on key drivers and impacts to future performance. Implement actions in response to variances, risks and opportunities.
  • Attend weekly compliance reviews with management and provide updates on assigned portfolio of accounts.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service Department to ensure invoice accuracy and disputed invoice resolution within shortest possible turnaround.
  • Support other administrative personnel/managers as needed.
  • Promote electronic forms of communication and payments from customers.
  • Facilitate teamwork and communication with external agents on issues pertaining to non-compliance and risk evaluation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field. Additional skills and abilities acquired through formal education, training or work experience.
  • 1+ years in Finance/AR/Credit field
  • Fluent in French required
  • Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Salesforce and Outlook.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn SAP and company accounting software.
  • Basic understanding of Credit Reporting Companies (D&B, Experian etc.)
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
