  • Analyze and improve test and debug processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Communicate complex technical issues to diverse audiences clearly and effectively.
  • Lead efforts for yield improvement through failure mode analysis of testing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate across teams to address and resolve manufacturing yield challenges.
  • Balance daily production demands with long-term Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives.
  • Utilize SQL and statistical software to clean and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Automate testing processes using object-oriented programming and debugging in an IDE.
  • Contribute creative ideas to support Nokia's strategy and continuous improvement efforts.

Must-Have:

  • BS Degree in science or engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and statistical processing software
  • Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming and test equipment automation
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues

Nice-To-Have:

  • Master's degree in a Science or Engineering field with a focus on optics
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor or opto-electronic manufacturing
  • Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment and methodologies
  • Experience in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives
  • Background in yield improvement and failure mode analysis
