Program Overview
The Cosette 2026 Summer Internship Program gives students an opportunity for experiential learning in a corporate environment. This is a meaningful, mutually beneficial program where students will bring innovation and drive that will help Cosette reach our goals. In turn, our highly skilled team will help students apply what they already know and broaden their knowledge base.
This is an 11-week, full-time program for rising junior and senior undergraduate students at an accredited college or university. The summer internship will run from May 26 - August 7, 2026.
Position Summary
The position will be rotational between Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and Alliance Management/Project Management and will contribute to the asset integration and technical transfer process to Cosette's selected CMO. In this role, the candidate will be assigned and directly support Cosette's projects pertaining to project management, technical reviews and assessments of protocols/batch records, and supply/materials planning. Responsibilities will include engagement across all interdepartmental and external stakeholders.
The internship candidate will have experience or demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical or other life sciences industries. Candidates should also be strong communicators, with experience building and giving presentations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assist with managing the progress of Technical Transfer work as the products are transferred to an external CMO. The internship candidate will also assist in preparing and organizing documents needed for the PAS filings for the products.
2. Assist in reviewing manufacturing and packaging batch records and protocols/reports and monitoring manufacturing and packaging processes for oral solid dosage products at the external CMO.
3. Assist in planning and supply continuity for Supply Chain, as well as supporting external projects across 3rd party.
Position Requirements
Educational Major Preferred
: Business Administration/Management, Sciences
Experience/Skills Preferred:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and information management skills and be comfortable interacting with different functional groups and leaders
* Demonstrated experience in leading / managing and driving cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in Project Management tools/software such as MS Project, SharePoint, One Note, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Salary Range
The expected rate for this Bridgewater, NJ based position is $22 per hour.
Physical Requirements
This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) onsite days per week at our Bridgewater, NJ office.
