The Intermodal Carrier Operations Manager is expected to have strong analytical and refined decision-making skills and is accountable for the tactical execution of network specific strategies. They are responsible for issue resolution, continuously working to procure capacity, and creating solutions on service-issue lanes and losing lanes. They'll prioritize mitigating issues on the department's most difficult lanes to put RXO in the most advantageous position with our customer base.
