POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT The Civil Project Engineer supports the Civil Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager in all technical, administrative, and coordination aspects of the civil scope for utility-scale solar projects. The Civil Project Engineer focuses on documentation, field support, and technical coordination to ensure that design and construction activities meet Moss standards for safety, quality, and performance. The Civil Project Engineer is responsible for managing project data, ensuring information flow between office and field, and helping identify opportunities for process improvements.
