Salary Range: $56,464 - $69,248 (DOE) Job Description The Sales Administration Supervisor will lead the sales coordinator team and ensure the seamless delivery of efficient, accurate, and timely support to leadership, the sales department, suppliers, and customer teams. This role involves evaluating data from various reporting and tracking tools to drive performance and support decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, organizing meetings, providing product knowledge, and fostering strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers. The position focuses on goal setting, tracking progress, achieving targets, managing incentive programs and reporting results. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws to include interviewing, hiring, training, employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addresses complaints, and resolving problems.
- Analyze data and compile statistical information to assist sales management in reaching volume, financial and distribution goals.
- Generate and prepare various sales related reports using Margin Minder, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint Programs.
- Maintain internal sales related databases and Excel spreadsheets for current information and accuracy.
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures, suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.
- Generate and prepare various sales related reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, SQL and Margin Minder.
- Manage supplier funding to include billback creation.
- Variety of clerical duties for sales managers and Sales Representatives to support customer accounts and the sales department.
- Update and monitor delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintain and develop information on company intranet site.
- Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines.
- Coordinate events including meetings, supplier meeting, special events, etc.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Beverage distribution support experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of Margin Minder, SQL, and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
