We're looking for a Videographer / Video Editor to join our dynamic and growing creative team within the marketing department at Consigli Construction. This role is a critical component of the video team as a 'creative doer' who manages the end-to-end production of video content-from concept development and pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with strong project management, storytelling, and technical skills to produce high-quality video content that aligns with Consgili's brand strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Creative & Strategic

  • Lead the execution of video projects, ensuring alignment with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative colleagues to develop video strategies and concepts that support internal campaigns, project pursuits, and social content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques.

Production Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate all logistical aspects of production.
  • Film high-quality video content for a range of formats across digital and social platforms.
  • Lead on-site production, often on active jobsites - either independently or while also managing additional freelancers.

Post-Production Oversight

  • Edit high-quality video content and handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage delivery schedules and version control across multiple platforms (digital, social, etc.).
  • Work alongside other video team members to properly manage and archive footage library.
Key Skills
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media, and content marketing principles.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative creative environments.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in video production. In-house corporate experience a plus
  • Proven track record producing high-quality video content across formats
  • Strong understanding of pre-production planning, cinematography, lighting, and post-production workflows.
  • Proficiency with video and audio editing tools (primarily Adobe Suite and plugins).
  • Experience with animation and motion graphics workflows.
  • Must be willing and able to travel frequently to various jobsites for video shoots (NY tri-state area, New England, DC Metro area, etc.)
