Overview

As our new Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will take ownership of critical revenue cycle processes across our multi-unit grocery organization, ensuring accurate revenue capture, reconciliations, and reporting across stores, pharmacy, fuel, corporate, DSD, and third-party sales channels. Your work directly impacts on the financial health of the business and the success of every store, making you a key driver of operational excellence and revenue integrity.

You will be the go-to expert for store teams and cross-functional partners, providing guidance, training, and insights that influence decisions at all levels. By identifying risks, resolving complex revenue discrepancies, and supporting system integrations, you'll help shape how our organization captures and manages revenue-giving you visibility into core business operations.

Position Location: This position is an in-office position, 4 days (Monday-Thursday) with the ability to work remotely on Friday.

What You'll Do:

  • Own key revenue processes and ensure sales and payments are accurate, timely, and reliable
  • Reconcile sales, tenders, and revenue across stores and business units
  • Review and reconcile third-party and merchant fees, ensuring correct revenue and expense treatment
  • Investigate revenue differences, identify trends, and help prevent repeat issues
  • Build and maintain simple, scalable reports and templates that make reconciliation easier
  • Partner with store teams and cross-functional groups (Operations, IT, Finance, Treasury, Merchandising, Pharmacy) to solve problems and improve processes
  • Support revenue systems through testing, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Assist with training, onboarding, audits, and compliance documentation

Requirements

Education/Experience

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience supporting high-volume, transaction-intensive environments, preferably in retail, grocery, pharmacy, or multi-unit operations
  • Demonstrated experience with reconciliations, high-volume transaction processing, and template development
  • Experience supporting sales audit or revenue reconciliation systems preferred
