Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Manager to lead operations at our digital print production facility in Cranbury, New Jersey. This role is responsible for safety, production performance, team development, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive a strong safety culture with a goal of zero safety incidents
  • Improve machine throughput by reducing downtime, setup time, and inefficiencies
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics across safety, production, maintenance, quality, and shipping
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts across all areas of responsibility
  • Ensure SOPs are followed, updated, and improved as needed
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, and sustain improvements
  • Coach and develop direct and indirect reports; support succession planning
  • Plan and allocate labor resources to meet production goals
  • Ensure preventive maintenance programs are established and followed
  • Hold teams accountable for performance and results
  • Promote a positive employee experience on the production floor

You Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to use data to drive efficiency and cost reduction
  • Experience training, coaching, and developing teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on continuous improvement experience

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Print manufacturing leadership experience
  • Knowledge of offset printing processes
  • Lean manufacturing education or certification
  • Experience working in an ISO-certified environment
  • ERP experience, including shop floor data collection
  • Familiarity with network connectivity in a production environment

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include qualifications, years of experience, specific skills, education, certifications, and work location. This range represents one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
