Role Purpose:

The position serves as the key point of contact for customers and internal resources to ensure successful delivery of multiple projects across various industry sectors. The role encompasses a high level of interaction and communication across the organisation, financial process integrity, financial reporting, business analytics and project / programme planning.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide customer focused leadership for the safe and effective delivery of service projects ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Effectively manage all internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work with third party service providers to ensure project success.
  • Delegation of project-based tasks to team members.
  • Effective communication to internal stakeholders of project progress, risks and timely escalation of project issues.
  • Revenue forecast information preparation.
  • Develop and maintain key project documents, as required.
  • Application of appropriate project governance and the corporate operating framework ensuring compliance across all areas.
  • Review and apply lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
  • Contribution and support to the Project Management function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years' work experience in related discipline
  • Previous demonstrable experience of delivering complex service projects
  • Technical background
  • Relevant Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of other functional disciplines related to project delivery
  • Prior experience in oilfield or security related services (not essential)
  • Ability to understand customer's business goals/needs
  • An understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral, written and business analytics skills
  • Excellent decision making and commercial judgment
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • High energy, proven team player
  • Creative and innovative thinking
  • Some travel required
