This role is ideal for candidates with experience in lab supply management, material handling, and regulated environments, who enjoy a hands-on, mobile role. Key Responsibilities Maintain and inspect lab safety equipment including eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, and fume hoods Collect, clean, sterilize, and return laboratory glassware and bioreactor components using autoclaves Perform weekly lab safety audits and document findings Manage lab consumables inventory, stocking locations, and daily product counts Place and track orders using barcode systems, Avantor, and customer procurement platforms Receive, unpack, organize, and distribute laboratory supplies Monitor inventory metrics including turns, overhead, and customer spend Execute deep cleaning, de-trashing, and biohazard waste handling per SOPs Chemically inactivate equipment prior to service or disposal Maintain accurate digital and physical logbooks Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in inventory management, material handling, shipping, or customer service Lab or regulated environment experience strongly preferred Knowledge of OSHA, spill containment, IATA/DOT/IMDG a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to safety, organization, and customer service Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines If you're looking for a driving-focused laboratory support role where safety, organization, and customer impact matter, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills.
