Job Title: Distribution Support with Driving Full Time/Non-Exempt Location: Durham, NC Reports To: Branch Manager Join our team in a hands-on role where you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly and ensure customers receive their orders accurately and on time. In this position, you'll handle inventory, prepare shipments, and make deliveries while working closely with your team in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Receive, organize, and track inventory to maintain accurate stock level Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or picku Safely load and unload products using proper equipment and technique Operate material handling equipment (training/certification provided Deliver products to customers and company locations, ensuring accuracy and professionalis Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any issue Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmen Complete delivery paperwork and logs accuratel Follow all safety guidelines and company procedure Provide friendly, helpful service to customers in person and over the phon Support team operations and assist with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic math, reading, and communication skills Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Willingness to obtain forklift certification and DOT medical card (if required) Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced setting Preferred (but not required): Warehouse or distribution experience Delivery driving experience (box truck or similar) Work Environment: Fast-paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement, and lifting during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday and some Saturday. This is a safety sensitive position.
