Position Summary and Responsibilities: Administer and update vendor/customer pricing programs in the Ben E. Keith Systems Proof, troubleshoot and investigate pricing discrepancies on contracted items as needed. Administer and monitor relevant aspects of the Ben E. Keith Program Pricing System as it relates to Customer distribution agreements Image all pricing support and other documentation received from vendors, brokers, and customers. Monitor, analyze and make notifications to the NA team when customer yields are below expectations. Assist with pricing audits submitted monthly or periodically by customers. Investigate pricing issues and make corrections as needed when pricing issues are found. Set up and maintain customer system info in mainframe applications. Implement and reconcile customer incentives and accruals. Other duties as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, with an accounting or finance emphasis preferred. At least 2 years of relevant or related experience preferred. Demonstrated stability in past job history. Outstanding computer skills with Intermediate to Expert Microsoft Excel skills, and data entry (10-key and alpha-numeric) skills. Experience with SAP or Vistex is a plus. 100% On-Site role in Fort Worth, TX office Must live in the Dallas Metroplex area and be able to commute to the office daily Ben E.
