Lantheus is seeking an Asset Lead with a proven track record in global oncology and/or neurology product development, ideally with experience in developing and launching oncology and/or Alzheimer's assets both in the U.S. and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Asset Leadership, the successful candidate will be able to bring significant depth and breadth of experience to lead, manage, and communicate on behalf of the cross-functional asset team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of accountability for the program, interfacing with the executive leadership, and will work closely and collaboratively with the program team to shape and execute the program strategy. With a clear strategic mindset, focusing on mitigating potential risks while aiming for speed and efficiency, the Asset Lead integrates cross-functional input, synthesizes team recommendations, and directs the program to achieve its goals. The candidate will be a highly effective influencer and team player, both internally and externally, an excellent communicator, and a driver to effectively achieve program goals. This position is based in Bedford, MA and requires a presence on-site of three days per week, and is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Responsibilities

The pay range for this position is between $204,000 and $339,000 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
