Overview: This role requires a talented marketing professional with experiencewith Life andAnnuityproducts sold through Broker/Dealers (B/Ds), Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs)andBrokerage General Agencies (BGAs). In this role, you willprovide quality serviceto distribution partners, manage and develop impactful marketing planstargetingconsumers and our distribution intermediariesas well as support the distribution channels dedicated to these products.This role will both create marketing assets as well as partner with distribution and channel partners on the sale of the products. Weseeka strategic and dynamic self-starterwith awell-rounded foundation of cross-discipline marketing skills,and the ability to adapt them to a rapidly evolving marketing organization.The ability to be a liaison with internal product lines and strikethe right balance ofclient service,consultingand execution with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. This motivating individual must be able to think at a high-level and guide fast implementation and measurement. Responsibilities include but not limited to: 60% Responsible for marketing campaigns for existing products and programs,launchingnew productinitiatives, value add programs and distribution partners.
30% Supportgrowth andsalesof individual life and annuity product, through independent and proprietary channel partners. 10%Manage,developand implementrelated projects as directed. Knowledge/skills:
