Fox Corporation is seeking a Temporary Workplace Coordinator to support the FOX Workplace Team (under Real Estate) on Campus. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in data input and analysis, along with assisting in supporting the software that informs the facilities teams. If you are passionate about data, data accuracy, and the Facility and Real Estate areas, with a sprinkle of space planning and projects, then this role is for you!

This is a temporary assignment (approx. 6 months). Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the project, as flexible on-site (3 days) and work from home (2 days) in the Los Angeles area.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to the FOX Workplace Team in all aspects of the workplace environment and its data
  • Work with our IWMS Facility programs (FMI, aka Open Blue, CX App, FMS Employee, Power BI, and Yardi) and their data sets
  • Assist in app management and projects
  • Monitor and input data into FMI as needed
  • Pull data sets as needed for various projects from various sources
  • Use Chat GPT regularly to help with fine-tuning data
  • Conduct floor/building walks to report floor plan updates
  • Maintain accurate data within our internal tools and systems
  • Track scheduled work and work progress on Monday boards
  • Work a little with the Real Estate department

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a Facilities related or adjacent field or a data/spreadsheet-driven field
  • Clear communication and strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Customer service mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Comfortable using a computer and looking at a monitor for the majority of the day
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite of tools
  • Mid-level or higher knowledge of Excel
  • Familiar with Chat GPT or AI usage
  • Familiar with how to read a floor plan (for floor/building walks)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Love for data and accuracy, with a little creativity and fun mixed in

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Some Real Estate knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using FMI (or IWMS types of software), Power BI, or Yardi

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.96-28.13 per hour.
