You will build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, sourcing outstanding entry-level talent and fostering diversity through targeted outreach. By creating and managing internship programs, regional recruiting events, and mentoring initiatives, you will ensure that candidates have the tools, training, and guidance needed to thrive. Your ability to connect with people, inspire confidence, and communicate effectively will be essential in closing top talent and supporting their professional growth. This position offers the opportunity to partner closely with distributor sales teams, providing them with business-minded candidates and coaching them on best-in-class sales practices. You will serve as a trusted advisor to winery and distributor leaders, pinpointing employees ready for advancement and presenting them for promotional opportunities. Your efforts will help maintain a robust talent pipeline while driving innovation in recruiting strategies, from leveraging social media to implementing new outreach methods.
