Shift: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) + 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM (Fridays)

The Basics You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 months of previous experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry, ERP systems)
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs

What a Strong Shift Looks Like

The Quality Assurance Inspector performs in-process and final inspections on raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, product specifications, and tolerance requirements. This role conducts detailed product testing, measures dimensions using precision tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers, and maintains accurate inspection reports, quality records, and documentation in alignment with ISO standards and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the position supports internal audits, manages nonconforming materials, participates in root cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborates with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement and reduce manufacturing defects.
