This Notice is provided as a result of the filing of applications for permanent alien labor certification for the positions noted below. Any person may provide documentary evidence bearing on an application to the Certifying Officer, U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Office of Foreign Labor Certification, 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Room N-5311, Washington, DC 20210.

Rate of Pay: $100,797.00 to $134,160.00 per Year

Duties: Perform engineering duties including investigating equipment problems and recommending design modifications to improve reliability, productivity and safety of Nitrogen production assets. Lead and administer of site reliability programs, including ongoing continuous improvement actions. Conduct failure analysis (RCA) to determine the root cause of equipment failures and recommend improvements in design, administrative, and/or PPM (predictive and preventive maintenance) measures to reduce or eliminate failures. Participate in the site's Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Management program. Investigate new materials, methods, and equipment with the aim of reducing maintenance costs, improving reliability, improving productivity, and enhancing safety. Perform equipment and Production history data analysis to identify and prioritize areas for reliability improvements. Assist with capital projects as maintenance and reliability representative to ensure proper equipment design, assign asset criticality, determine required spare parts, determine inspection types/intervals, and ensure QA/QC responsibilities are met. Supports routine maintenance and plant outages as required Assist with budgeting and record keeping, as well as other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a mechanical engineering-related occupation.

Experience must include:

1. 7 years of experience working in a chemical, petrochemical, or related continuous process operations field;

2. 5 years of experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) Systems and processes;

3. 7 years of experience utilizing Mechanical Integrity (MI) methodologies, and applicable codes and standards (RAGAGEP);

4. 7 years of experience investigating equipment problems and recommending design modifications to improve reliability, productivity and safety of Nitrogen production assets;

5. 4 years conducting failure analysis (RCA) to determine the root cause of equipment failures and recommend improvements in design, administrative, and/or PdM/PM (predictive and

preventive maintenance) measures to reduce or eliminate failures;

6. 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management;

7. 2 years leading and administering of site reliability programs, including ongoing continuous improvement actions;

8. Experience in Vibration Analysis, with minimum of Level 1 Certification; and

9. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft PowerBi.
