Summary
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of an assigned facility, location or group of locations. Also, responsible for ensuring vendors provide contracted services, overall safety and security, performing weekly facility inspections and supervising special projects. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Ensures work order requests are processed timely and work product is high quality. -Problem-solves and negotiates contractor issues and ultimately hold vendors/contractors accountable. -Ensures preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment are followed and completed timely. -Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility. -Key lead role on emergency preparedness planning team. -Participates in staff hiring, work allocation, training, performance management, including required documentation, as well as other supervisory functions. -Monitor, problem-solve and implement quality improvement initiatives that support program goals.
