KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Tax to join our Partner Tax organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate as the business lead for core partner applications, including Partner Center, Alumni Partner Center, the Partner Center mobile app, SharePoint secured site, and Partner Tax Portal, while managing provisioning, reporting, and security review processes
  • Lead the full lifecycle of enhancements to partner applications, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment, and maintain site content and partner-facing resources
  • Respond to partner inquiries and requests for information related to applications, collaborating with technical support teams to resolve system issues efficiently
  • Assess and implement solutions leveraging the partner application suite to support firm strategic initiatives and Firm Taxes business requirements, fulfilling ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests to aid strategic decision-making
  • Serve as project manager for key department deliverables, including the annual tax affidavit, partner accounts programs, and the partner tax package, documenting technology processes, workflows, and system functions for clarity and business continuity
  • Manage partner inquiries and requests submitted through the Partner Care mailbox, ensuring efficient communication and support
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in partnership tax, accounting operations, or a similar role within a professional services environment, with experience managing complex programs aligned to strategic business needs
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of management and serve as a liaison between technical teams and business owners
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple assignments under tight timelines, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime during peak tax compliance periods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
