The IP & Technology Transactions group in Palo Alto is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2022-2020) with IP & Technology Transactions experience. Candidates will be required to work effectively as part of a team across offices and practice areas. Solid law firm experience with M&A transactions and a high level of academic achievement preferred. Ideal candidate would be an active member of the California bar. The starting base salary for this California position is expected to be between $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
