In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
  • Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview presentation materials
  • Work with technical staff to plan, write, design, and produce proposal and presentation materials for potential clients
  • Write and maintain project profiles for all current and past projects
  • Prepare and update resumes for staff members
  • Track and maintain marketing information to populate company data systems: pursuit and contract information, photography, resumes, project profiles, references, etc.
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing staff in other offices as well as corporate marketing
  • Assist with gathering market research
  • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
  • Maintain and enforce company brand standards and quality control procedures
  • Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal
  • Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards
  • Support solicitation of formal client feedback
  • Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority
  • Support creation of marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
  • Support development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).
  • Support planning of large, internal meetings (in-person or virtual)
  • Coordinate large, internal meetings (in-person and virtual)
  • Maintain inventory of branded materials used for client visits, conferences and recruiting
  • Perform other duties, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
  • Graphic skills
Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign

The expected compensation range for this position is $58,000 - $82,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
