This11-week summer internship is designed forseniorundergraduate, Master's, or PhD studentsseeking exposure to a professional, corporate environment. The internship is project-based, with each intern assigned one clearly defined project aligned to the hosting department's priorities.

Project Overview

This internship will support launch readiness and early execution for a newly approved product within Incyte's U.S.Dermatologycommercial organization. The intern will own a defined project focused on tactical pull-through of HCP professional promotion strategy, ensuring approved assets and initiatives are launch-ready, aligned, and positioned for field impact

The intern will partner closely with the HCP Professional PromotionLeadto:

  • Support launch readiness of approved HCP promotional assets, including organization, deployment planning, and tracking

  • Assist with APP tactical execution, translating strategy into actionable tools and field-ready materials

  • Assess pull-through readiness across key tactics (e.g., sales force enablement, sequencing, assetutilization)

  • Identifygaps, risks, or optimization opportunities and propose recommendations

  • Develop a launch execution summary highlighting readiness, risks, and next-step recommendations

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage defined workstreams with guidance from the hiring manager

  • Coordinate inputs across cross-functional partners (e.g., brand, sales, training, operations)

  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables for launch-critical initiatives

  • Analyze information and synthesize insights into clear recommendations

  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectively

  • Deliver a final presentation summarizing findings, outcomes, and recommendations to marketing leadership

MinimumRequirements

  • Senior undergraduate or graduate student (business, life sciences, marketing, or related field)

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • High levelof initiative, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Deliver a final presentation with findings, outcomes, and recommendations

  • Networking with professionals and leaders across the organization

  • Insight into potential full-time career paths
