This11-week summer internship is designed forseniorundergraduate,Master'sor PhD studentsseeking exposure to a professional, corporate environment. The internship is project-based, with each intern assigned one clearly defined project aligned to the hosting department's priorities.

The role emphasizes learning, skilldevelopment,and practical application of academic knowledge while contributing to meaningful work.

Internship Overview:

We areseekinga highly motivated, detail-oriented Public Relations & Communications Intern to support a fast-paced, strategicGlobal Communications team. This internship offers hands-on experience across media relations, corporate communications, contentdevelopmentand digital storytelling, providing exposure to how a global organizationcommunicates to its internal and external stakeholders, andshapes and protects its reputation.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, an excellentwriter,and eager to learn howcommunicationsdrivesbusiness outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of internal and external communications initiatives

  • Lead on the ground, events-basedcelebrationsand recognition campaigns

  • Draft, edit and proofread content including press materials, internal announcements, executive talking points and social media copy

  • Assistwith media list development, research, and tracking outreach activity

  • Support content planning for digital and social channels, including brainstorming and scheduling

  • Helpmaintaincommunications calendars and archives

  • Participate in team meetings, projectplanningand cross-functional collaborations

  • Assistwith special projects related to corporate reputation, employer branding and thought leadership

MinimumRequirements:

  • Senior undergraduate, Master's, or PhD student at time of internshipin Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing,Englishor a related field

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with digital and social platforms preferred

  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism

  • Interest in corporate communications, mediarelationsand brand storytelling

Conversion Opportunity:

Interns whodemonstratestrong performance, skill alignment and cultural fit may be considered for full-time employment following the program, based on business needs and role availability.
