This11-week summer internship is designed forseniorundergraduate, Master's, or PhD studentsseeking exposure to a professional, corporate environment. The internship is project-based, with each intern assigned one clearly defined project aligned to the hosting department's priorities.

The role emphasizes learning, skill development, and practical application of academic knowledge while contributing to meaningful work.

The Talent Acquisition Operations intern will lead a focused project designed to address a meaningful operational need within the TA or HR ecosystem. The project will target ahigh impactarea such as process efficiency, data quality, candidate experience, or systems optimization, with the goal of strengthening the effectiveness and scalability of TA operations. The work will require analytical thinking, structuredproblem-solving, and independent judgment to investigate root causes, evaluate options, and propose actionable solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Independently plan, organize, and execute project tasks with regular managercheck-ins

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret TA or HR operations data toidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities

  • Collaborate withcross-functionalpartners (e.g., HRIS, People Analytics, Recruiters, Coordinators) tovalidatefindings and gather input

  • Document processes, pain points, and proposed solutions clearly and concisely

  • Communicate progress, risks, and challenges proactively to ensure alignment

  • Deliver a final presentation summarizing findings, outcomes, and actionable recommendations for leadership

MinimumRequirements:

  • Senior undergraduatepursuinga B.A.in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,Project/OperationsManagementor relevant field

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • High levelof initiative and accountability
