- The Corporate Counsel, Associate will support Employment & HR Legal Support on a wide variety of legal situations by dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholder
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary legal partner to Americas Human Resources department on day-to-day employment matters, compensation and workforce initiatives.
- Provide practical, business-oriented counseling on employee relations issues, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, leaves and accommodations, and separations.
- Draft, review, and advise on employment-related documents, policies, and templates (e.g., offer letters, employment agreements, confidentiality/IP agreements, handbook policies, workplace standards).Maintain current knowledge of changes in employment-related laws and regulations; translate legal requirements into practical guidance and scalable processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, with emphasis on procurement, strategic partnership and go-to-market needs.
- Develop hands-on working relationships with business partners at all levels to ensure strong collaboration and efficient outcomes.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders across a range of matters, balancing legal risk with business priorities.
- Comply with internal legal department tracking and documentation requirements, as well as all corporate policies.
- Support special projects and other duties, as assigned.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience managing a large number and variety of mission-critical projects
- Experience working independently and navigating ambiguous environments
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary
- Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate legal and possible risks clearly and succinctly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience working with paralegals, assistants, and business clients cooperatively and efficiently
- Creative problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately

- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
- Bachelor's degree required
