| Duties & Responsibilities |
Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling and Meeting Management: *Manage the master calendar and schedule for all division-wide staff meetings and staff events. *Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director and, on occasion, the CCC leadership team. *Record and distribute comprehensive meeting notes for meetings that include the CCC leadership team, community groups, and special event planning. *Manage the Trellis events platform for special events, covering tasks like registration, QR codes, scheduling, email communication, and list management. Building and Facilities Management: * Serve as the secondary building manager, assisting with general upkeep and operational needs of the Dr. MLK Jr. Building. * Manage building access and access levels for the Dr. MLK Jr. Building when building manager is not available. * Act as the secondary point of contact for facilities management, collaborating on construction, maintenance, and design schedules to minimize disruption and ensure project timelines are met. Technology Management: * Manage and troubleshoot conference room technology, including A/V equipment and video conferencing systems, to ensure seamless presentations and meetings. * Assist with posting and ideation for social media content. Administrative and Financial Support: * Help the CCC leadership team submit P-card receipts and purchase office equipment and furniture. * Develop and implement efficient office procedures and guidelines to streamline administrative processes. * Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot issues with department computers and printer. * Manage golf cart pick-up, drop-off, and usage schedule. * Ability to independently handle multiple work unit priorities and projects. * Strong verbal and written communications skills. * Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills to provide quality customer service, and ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, including students, guests, and persons associated with the University community and the CCC division. | Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report |
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
