EVM Program Cost Analyst The Opportunity: The Booz Allen Earned Value Management (EVM) Organization is seeking an experienced and disciplined EVM Program Cost Analyst to drive EVM Operations from the program finance or cost control perspective and facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra. This role interfaces with multiple program management personnel to facilitate effective and efficient EIA-748 caliber EVM Cost and Schedule Data Integration, Validation, and Analytics. You'll support routine operations, including supporting program planning or startup activities, establishing budget targets with CAMs or PMs, creating program Control Account or Work Package structure, importing schedule and resource data into the EVM Cost Tool, facilitating monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities, assessing Estimate at Completions (EACs), conducting data quality or validation and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks, supporting Variance Analysis, and instilling appropriate change management and control principles. You will have growth opportunities to facilitate on-program EVM training and coaching and acquire role-related certifications such as the PMP and EVP to enhance career development. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
