Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Director of Hardware Engineering to lead our global video hardware team. This is an opportunity to join a global leader in public safety and mission-critical technology and make a significant impact on our Evidence Solutions portfolio. You'll report directly to the AVP of Product Engineering, Video Devices and be responsible for the full hardware lifecycle of our video surveillance camera devices. This includes driving the vision, strategy, and execution for both new product development and sustaining engineering. As a visionary leader, you'll challenge conventional thinking and empower your team to innovate. We need someone who is influential, proactive, and can foster a culture of excellence and ownership within our engineering teams. What You'll Do:
